The 3D layout enables an easy review of all details, interfaces, check of footprint and scope of supply. When working with international companies with several sites, the 3D layout can visualize the solution and ensures that all stakeholders can contribute, even if the engineering department and the factory are separated by many kilometers.

We prepare our 3D layouts using the software program, Visual Components, and we use the clients present building drawing as a foundation to develop our solutions.

We often end up with more than one solution, which we evaluate together with the client to ensure the best result.

All our designed equipment like conveyor types, different versions of transfer shuttles, empty pallet magazine, stackers and gantry robots are available and scalable in the Visual Component software together with the full range of Kuka robots and AGV’s. We can therefor quickly adjust our standard conveyor designs to fit the actual footprint.

The simulation can include the full product mix with different dimensions and capacities or only the best & worst case. It is also possible to simulate the process flow behavior.

It is possible to confirm the functionality and capacity of the system through simulation of critical sections or the complete layout.

When the system is ordered, we continue using the simulation tool for a full SW-emulation of the system before it is even built.
