About other equipment

Often additional equipment is required for a conveyor system, either fully automized or with some manual operator interactions.

We offer the full range of empty pallet magazine with or without nail detector system for detecting of protruding nails, which can damage your valuable product. Many packing specifications do require a bottom-sheet to be placed on the empty pallet before palletizing.

Intermediate sheets for stacked or palletized products with low friction can avoid layers of products sliding when a forklift turns or brakes too quickly. To fully seal a palletized pallet a top sheet can be applied. When full pallets shall be stacked on top of each-other can a top plate be applied for distributing the weight.

CH System have the necessary equipment and machine to cover all requirements for a complete or part of a material handling system.

Transfer shuttles are a good alternative to conveyors for longer transport distances or for the change in direction. For palletizing applications is a transfer shuttle with 2 or even 3 conveyors mounted on top, ideal for removal of the palletized pallet and providing the empty pallet

Change of conveyor direction for a full heavy pallet can be made by a turn table in a safe and smooth manner.
